Simple Pickup is a B2Simp consulting company that tells incels how to talk to girls.

I was incel and came across a program they made called Simple 30. It’s a 30-day program where each day you’d go out and try to pick up girls in a gimmicky way.

What piqued my interest was their guarantee:

If for whatever reason, you are unsatisfied by the end of the 30-day program, you can get 2X your money back.

Caveat is you need to provide audio recordings that you actually did all the pickups.

Hormozi talks about these conditional guarantees. And it is a good offer.

The program costs $397. Most people who go through the 30-day program get enough value and won’t be petty enough to try and gouge the company out of an extra $397.

2X Refund
I am not most people, unfortunately

This program was done back in 2015, so I can’t remember all 30 challenges. Here are the most memorable ones:

  • Go to 5 different public places and do pushups in front of everyone
  • Go up to 5 random people and compliment them
  • Don’t stop until you get 5 phone numbers
  • Maintain eye contact for 30 seconds straight, and have them reciprocate. For 5 conversations
  • Haggle and try to get the price down at Starbucks (this one was the worst)
  • Without saying anything, open 5 girls by hugging them. Don’t stop until 5 reciprocate

I was moving back from CO to CA at the time. And so throughout the 30-day period, I was able to experience the girls in both states. In CO, there is almost no foot traffic, so doing 5 reps is difficult. In CA, there’s much more foot traffic, but Bay Area girls have abominable personalities, so it was even more difficult.

The hugging one was memorable, but also easy because I was in Las Vegas, on the way back to CA.

Was it worth it?

I was already kind of autistic (hence incel) and had a lower-than-average give-a-fuckness than others.

This program annihilated it.

I feel like I fried a part of my brain after this program. To the point where I’m unable to feel much anxiety or nervousness since 2015.

I would say it was not a great program for pickup though as it was gimmicky and not mechanical enough. But it was a great program to actualize your full, unhinged self.

So was it worth it?

Well, it’s always worth it to experience growth and get paid $397 for it. The hourly rate is suspect though.

What happened to the recordings?

I ran out of space on my google drive so I deleted them. I thought I’d back them up somewhere else but couldn’t find it.

Sad these archives are gone as it was quite memorable.

Glad they were deleted as they were cringe AF.
